Return Policy
At Minimerveille, we are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If you encounter a problem with your order and wish to make a return, exchange, or request a refund, please contact us by email at contact@minimerveille.fr. We will be happy to help you.
To process your request efficiently, please provide us with the following information:
a. Photos or videos of damaged items: To prove the damage, please provide us with clear photos or videos of the damaged item. If the photos are not sufficient to prove the damage, please send us a video.
b. Product returns: If our dispute management team requests a return as part of a dispute, products must be returned to our warehouse. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to make the return.
Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the following cases: damaged product, receipt of wrong variant). In case of return under the right of withdrawal, only the product amount and, if applicable, standard delivery fees will be refunded. Any supplement related to an express or priority delivery option will remain at the customer's expense.
Important Exceptions:
Delayed orders:
- United States: 45 days from the warehouse departure date.
- Brazil: 110 days due to strict customs formalities.
Please note that if the order arrives at the local post office and is held due to insufficient information, unclaimed package, or other reasons, it is your responsibility to contact the local post office for delivery.
Orders not received: No refund or reshipping if tracking information indicates that the order was delivered. We can review your claim in specific cases (certificate of non-delivery, alerts on tracking information).
Damaged products: Full refund or replacement for severely damaged packages. Partial refund or replacement for partially damaged packages (except minor damage).
Incorrect or missing products: Replacement for incorrect products. Reshipping of the missing part or complete product for missing parts.
Order cancellation: Full refund before processing by warehouses, except for POD (Print-on-Demand) orders.
Product returns: For returns not related to the exceptions mentioned above, please follow these guidelines:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (at the customer's expense).
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
Important Interpretations:
Force majeure: No liability for damaged products or shipping delays caused by force majeure.
Shipping method limitations: Some shipping methods cannot be tracked in certain countries or regions.
Destination limitations: No disputes accepted for orders shipped to certain countries.
Service products: No refund of product cost for service products in case of dispute.
Unacceptable disputes: Certain unreasonable disputes will not be accepted.
Note: These return policies comply with French regulations. We reserve the right to update our return policies according to needs and legal requirements. Please note that orders with an incorrectly provided address will not be refunded.
